Soft-Touch medical-grade electrodes use PMT gel and a soft cloth backing at a 2" x 2" square or 2"round size, so you get consistent contact every session. Each pad runs 45 ohms of resistance and holds up for 10 to 15 uses, with a universal pin connector that fits your TENS or EMS unit.

Silver conducts better than carbon or aluminum, which is why these pads run lower resistance and deliver a cleaner current than a standard electrode. The tricot backing sits comfortably against your skin, and the gel is formulated to stay clean and gentle even on sensitive skin.
Each pad connects through a firm pigtail pin, built to hold up to repeated use without the connection loosening over time. You get 40 pads total, packaged as 10 sets of 4, so you're covered for a long stretch before reordering.
To keep the adhesive working as long as possible, apply pads to clean, dry skin free of sweat, oil, or lotion, and let any water dry naturally before your next session. Resealing the pouch right after use is what keeps that stickiness intact from pack to pack.
